Job summary

EMED PHARMACY CORP is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support our team on a per diem basis, with a schedule of every other Saturday and 2-3 weekday shifts per month.

The pharmacist will review prescriptions for accuracy, ensure proper dispensing, counsel patients on use and potential side effects, and collaborate with prescribers to resolve medication-related issues while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of practice (NJ).
• Strong knowledge of medication safety and pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
