Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington.
• ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV orders.
• Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain records.
• Supervise support personnel and perform final checks of completed work.
• Assist in inspection of pharmaceutical supplies on all services.
• Provide safe and accurate pharmaceutical care services.
