Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Monmouth, NJ is seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist to join MSK Monmouth. You will perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging following MSK protocols, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.

This per diem role requires NJ license, NMTCB/ARRT(N) credentials and CT certification. Schedule includes Saturdays and holidays with competitive pay and weekend differentials at MSK Monmouth.

Qualifications

• Requires NMTCB or JCERT-approved diploma in Radiologic technology.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT Certification is required.
• CT Certification is required.
• NJS license is required to practice in NJ.
• Dual license (RT) in PET and CT is preferred.
• Graduate of approved radiography program (ARRT(R)) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging following MSK protocols.
• Conduct diagnostic CT and limited X‑ray exams as needed.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
• Ensure high‑quality images and proper patient positioning.
• Monitor patients and communicate effectively with physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation, dose records, and QC logs.

Role Overview

• Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging following MSK protocols.
• Conduct diagnostic CT and limited X‑ray exams as needed.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
• Ensure high‑quality images and proper patient positioning.
• Monitor patients and communicate effectively with physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation, dose records, and QC logs.
• Follow all radiation safety and infection control standards.

Key Qualifications

• Requires diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or Radiological program ARRT(N) approved by JCERT.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT Certification
• CT Certification required.
• NJS License required.
• Dual License (RT) in PET and CT Preferred.
• Graduate of approved radiography program (ARRT (R)) Preferred.
• GE PET/CT Experience a plus.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Saturdays flexed hours between 8am – 6pm and additional shifts during week, including holidays, as needed (Per Diem),
• Location: MSK Monmouth, 480 Red Hill Rd, Middletown Township, NJ.
• Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology

Pay Rate:

$81/hr
$75/hr without X-Ray
Plus 10% shift differential for Weekends.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
