Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) invites applications for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist within our Molecular Imaging & Therapy Service. You will perform Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures, preparing radiopharmaceuticals and delivering top-tier diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an NMTCB or ARRT(R)-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required.
• CT certification required.
• NYS license required.
• Graduate of an approved radiography program.
• Academic hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures in alignment with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Monitor and support patients throughout procedures, providing clear education and reassurance.
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Additional Information

• Location: Schwartz Building, 1250 First Avenue, New York, NY
• Schedule: Four-day workweek (Monday–Friday), primarily 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with flexibility and occasional Saturday rotation
• Reports to: Supervisor, Diagnostic Radiology
