Job summary

Thomas Eye Group PC is seeking an experienced ASC PRN Registered Nurse in Sandy Springs, GA. The role covers pre-op, PACU and OR duties with emphasis on patient safety and efficient perioperative care.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and at least 2 years of hospital or ASC nursing experience, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

Current Georgia RN license is required.
BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital or ASC setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative period.
Serve as a circulating or scrub nurse, using specialized nursing knowledge and critical thinking.
Collaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patient information in accordance with facility standards.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Demonstrate time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
