University Medical Center of Southern Nevada invites applications for a per diem Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. The role delivers safe, therapeutic care for women and infants across delivery phases, following established nursing processes and policies.

The incumbent must meet the Nevada RN requirements and be ready to work all shifts, including graveyard, as needed. Experience in Labor & Delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One year recent L&D experience in a comparable unit.
• Current RN license in Nevada and eligibility for Nursing Administration Policies.

Responsibilities

• Applies the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care for women and infants before, during and after delivery.
• Complies with Nursing Administration Policies in care delivery.
• Must be available to work all shifts, including graveyard, seven days a week, as needed.
