Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for per diem opportunities serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays in DE. Roles include providing services in homes and community settings with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications include DE SLP licensure, EI or equivalent experience, pediatric background, and strong clinical and interpersonal skills. We offer sign-on bonuses and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• DE Speech Therapy (SLP) license required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
