Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

You will work within IFSP guidelines, collaborating with families and other professionals in home and community settings across southeastern PA. We offer competitive hourly wages ($75–$85+/hour), a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to impact children and families.

Qualifications

• PA Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Experience in Early Intervention or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s specific developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through coaching and team communication.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
