Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to deliver services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays, following IFSPs and collaborating with families and professionals in home and community settings across southeastern Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• PA Speech Therapy license required.
• Experience with infants/young children preferred.
• Familiar with IFSP processes and family coaching.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child's goals.
• Coach families on intervention strategies to ensure carryover at home and in the community.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
