Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist per diem. You will evaluate pediatric patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver therapy across Neonates to Adolescents with educational support for families.

Documentation and outcome tracking are essential, with care aligned to physician orders. The role requires NJ licensure in Physical Therapy, BLS, and prior pediatric rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires NJ State license in Physical Therapy.
• Pediatric Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• NDT certification preferred but not necessary.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess pediatric patients using objective tests and observations.
• Develop plans of care aligned with physician orders for ages Neonates to Adolescents.
• Administer therapy, education, and use equipment to maximize outcomes.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure treatments follow established standards and PT scope.
