Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Requires New Jersey State license or eligibility to practice PT.
• New graduates acceptable.
• Analytic ability and strong interpersonal/communication skills required.
• BLS Certification required per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans of care with physician orders.
• Modify treatment plan based on patient response and documentation.
• Demonstrate teaching skills to patients and families; ensure safety during sessions.
• Document initial assessments, reassessments and progress notes per policy.
