Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts OT licensure is required.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required.
• Experience in pediatric OT strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental, and play-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric OT treatment sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress; update goals as needed.
• Conduct sensory integration, handwriting, and self-care interventions.
• Communicate home programs and strategies to parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Massachusetts state licensure as Occupational Therapist (OT)

NBCOT certification (OTR)
