OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC in Plymouth, MA is seeking a passionate Per Diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work in a child-focused setting with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy, developing treatment plans, collaborating with families, and documenting progress in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental, and play-based therapy approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a per diem capacity

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support each child's progress

• Conduct sensory integration, handwriting, and self-care skill interventions
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding home programs and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
