Qualifications

• Current FL NP license required.
• 2+ years of working experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experienced with relevant procedures: vaccination, phlebotomy, intravenous line placement.
• Adaptability to gain training in various testing modalities and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a state-of-the-art facility and at home.
• Collaborate with CMOs for preventive care and assessments.
• Work weekends and be on-call for home care visits.
• Document and maintain medical records for members.
• Perform home care services for minor procedures.
