Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Provide clerical support such as typing, proofreading, filing, letters and memos, reports, copying and faxing.
• Keep computer database current and schedule/reschedule appointments for SHC resources.
• Assist with interagency referrals to support healthcare benefits and maintain patient privacy.
