Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients or their representatives to obtain demographics.
• Secure insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable.
• Coordinate with Admitting, PBX operator and reception areas; input/retrieve data.
• Communicate using age-appropriate techniques across patient groups.
• Complete special projects within specified timeframes.
