• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred, Data Entry, Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
• Minimum Experience: Six months.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients upon arrival with a pleasant demeanor.
• Verifies demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
• Answers phones, routes calls, and relays messages clearly.
• Registers, verifies, and schedules patient appointments, testing, and referrals.
• Schedules and reschedules appointments per office protocols.
• Travels between practices as needed to support operations.
• Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
