Qualifications

• Provide therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or license-eligible to practice.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
