Select Specialty Hospital - Augusta is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Per Diem assignments in Augusta, GA. This role focuses on inpatient post-ICU recovery with a team dedicated to high-quality patient care, with compensation at $56.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, supervising OTAs and students, conducting therapy regimens, monitoring progress, and pursuing continuing education.

Qualificações

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
