Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY. We offer great compensation, CEU reimbursement, mentorship, and flexible per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Residents & develop an OT treatment plan
• Choose activities to help residents perform daily tasks independently
• Observe, assess and document progress with detailed reports
• Maintain resident confidentiality during information processing
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with healthcare team members and contribute to team effort
