Responsibilities

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking to hire a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation in the home setting for patients recovering from total hip and knee replacement surgeries and other orthopedic related conditions. Our mission is to help patients regain mobility, strength, function and confidence in the comfort of their own homes. This approach emphasizes not only physical recovery, but also the emotional and social benefits of re‑engaging with the community. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated physical therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those recovering and returning to their prior level of function. Our physical therapists will be required to evaluate and treat the patients for the duration of their plan of care in their home setting with the goal of transitioning into one of our JAG outpatient orthopedic locations for continuity of care. What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
