Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Stamford, CT is seeking an Experienced RN for a per diem position at ASC Stamford 3000. The role includes coordinating patient care, assessing vital signs, and preparing operating rooms while ensuring safety and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Connecticut with BSN or ADN.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred but not required.
• CNOR is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with health care team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety.
• Assist in positioning and preparing the patient and operating room.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
• Inventory and handle instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Support perioperative processes and post-operative care.
