You will participate in patient teaching and adapt care to age and cultural needs while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This role supports Hartford HealthCare's commitment to excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Independent problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CNOR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Circulator/Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Provide individualized patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in patient teaching and consider age/cultural needs in care planning.
• Engage in quality improvement activities.
