Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Tulsa, OK, seeks a compassionate and detail-oriented Per Diem Operating Room RN to support patients through their fertility journey. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and delivering exceptional care during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases in a surgical suite.

This per diem position offers flexibility with coverage weeks established annually, allowing nurses to plan their professional and personal commitments. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of nursing experience and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of surgical, perioperative, PACU, ambulatory surgery, or procedural nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in reproductive medicine, women's health, ambulatory surgery, or outpatient procedural settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and perform preoperative assessment.
• Recover patients after anesthesia and provide post-operative care.
• Deliver direct patient care during surgical phases.
