Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Operating Room RN in Tulsa, OK. This role requires compassionate care in the surgical suite, providing support throughout patients' fertility journeys.

You will prepare patients for procedures, deliver care during surgeries, and mentor staff. The position offers flexible availability with predictable schedules for coverage during designated weeks throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Experience in surgical, perioperative, PACU, ambulatory surgery, or procedural nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and perform preoperative assessments.
• Deliver direct patient care during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Mentor new staff and provide updates on any protocol changes.
