Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Per Diem Surgical RN to support patients through fertility journeys in the surgical suite, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort through pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Arizona State Board
• Completion of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and perform preoperative assessments.
• Recover patients after anesthesia and reinforce discharge instructions.
• Deliver direct patient care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Communicate postoperative instructions to patients and families.
