Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care's Corpus Christi surgery center is seeking a per diem RN to join our team. The role focuses on pre, intra, and post-procedure nursing care with emphasis on patient safety and accurate documentation.

The center operates Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. ICU/CCU/ER/IR/OR/Cath Lab experience is preferred; RN licensure in good standing and ACLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license and ACLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure.
• Administer medications and IV moderate sedation per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to adverse events.
• Assist physicians and scrub personnel during procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with facility policies.
