Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG seeks a per diem RN in our Riverside, CA surgery center to provide direct nursing care before, during and after procedures. The role requires active California RN licensure and ACLS certification, with preference for ASC experience.

You will monitor patients during moderate sedation, document all care, administer medications and IV sedation per physician orders, and support safety and quality initiatives within a busy perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of California
• ACLS certification required
• Prefer experience in ambulatory surgical centers or perioperative nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care before, during and after procedures
• Monitor patients under moderate sedation and contrast administration
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Administer medications and IV sedation as directed
• Maintain sterile technique and assist physicians as needed
• Support CQI and quality goals as part of the team
