Emerson Health's Naka Infusion Center in Concord, MA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapies including chemotherapy and antibiotics. Per diem/day shift, 07:30–18:00, delivering patient-centered care with safety, dignity, and compassion throughout treatment.

The role requires MA RN license and BLS; Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred. Strong IV skills and confidentiality are essential for teamwork and patient support.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred.
• ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification highly preferred; OCN certification a plus.
• Strong IV skills, assessment abilities, and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, high-quality care to patients receiving infusion therapies.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans for patients and families.
• Monitor patients during infusions, ensuring safety.
• Administer chemotherapy, IV meds, injections, and blood products with precision.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Mentor colleagues and support staff development.
• Uphold patient rights, privacy, and respect.
