Job summary

American Advanced Management in Murray, UT is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage. The therapist will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatment to a general rehab caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• Must hold a current state license and license renewal in accordance with the applicable State Licensing Board.
• Long term acute care experience preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice and perform patient assessment, care planning and direct treatment.
• Participate in the clinical interdisciplinary team process and supervise other licensed staff as required.
• Involved in clinical program development and teaching to caregiver staff.
