Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement targeted interventions to improve functional abilities, mobility, and cognitive function
• Develop and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology to support patient independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education to stay current on best practices and industry developments
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect
