Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group in Anchorage, AK, seeks an Occupational Therapist per diem (0.01 FTE) for day shifts as needed at Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate OT services for inpatients, outpatients and long-term residents, collaborating with the care team to deliver patient‑centered care within AOTA guidelines and state regulations.

Required: OT degree and Alaska OT license (or eligible), plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy.
• Alaska Occupational Therapist License or Alaska OT Limited Permit or Alaska OT Temporary License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services.
• Provide OT services to inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients and long-term care residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure care aligns with AOTA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
