Job summary

Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage is seeking a per-diem Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for inpatients, outpatients, swing bed and long-term residents.

The OT will collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered, standards-based care under the American Occupational Therapy Association guidelines, while meeting federal and state regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Alaska OT license required upon hire
• Alaska OT Limited Permit license upon hire
• Alaska OT Temporary License upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for inpatients, outpatients, swing-bed patients and long-term residents.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure patient-centered care following AOTA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
