Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide personalized therapy to individuals with IDD in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania. The OT will evaluate functional needs, develop goal-based treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support independence and quality of life.

The position is field-based in Mechanicsburg, PA with a flexible schedule (Mondays–Sundays) and non-exempt status under FLSA.
