The LPN will handle patient callbacks, test results, and education materials under providers' direction, contributing to high-quality patient care and efficient clinic workflow.

Qualifications

• LPN license required to practice in Connecticut.
• Experience providing patient care in an OB/GYN setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider by documenting chief complaint and vital information.
• Ensure even distribution of patients among clinicians and keep rooms stocked with med/supplies.
• Reinforce education and health information with families after visits.
• Answer medical questions or escalate to doctor as needed.
• Secure exam and lab rooms and restock supplies daily.
• Follow procedures for care from newborn to 20 years.
