The ideal candidate helps prepare meals, follows therapeutic diets using the EMR, and maintains safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas. High school diploma required; at least 18 years old, with English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to adapt to change and maintain a professional appearance.
• Minimum one year experience in the Food Service field desired.
• Experience in Food Safety desired.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and portion foods according to patient preferences.
• Distribute and collect food/beverage meals daily.
• Assist department staff with staff meals and catering needs as necessary.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of the department in compliance with Regulatory Agencies.
• Utilize patient EMR in accordance with prescribed therapeutic diets.
