The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a Nutrition Assistant for per diem shifts at Porter Medical Center in Middlebury, VT. You will assist in preparing foods, serving and collecting meals, and support patients with menu requests in a courteous manner.

Your duties include preparing production sheets, ensuring safety and sanitation, and following therapeutic diets as prescribed, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork in a union environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18; able to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to adapt to change; professional appearance; good references.
• Minimum one year experience in Food Service; experience in Food Safety desired.
