Job summary

Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital is seeking a per diem Relief Admin Nursing Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality patient care and ensure adherence to Cottage Health policies and procedures, directing and evaluating the care delivery of others to guarantee continuity and excellence. The role requires a BSN (or active BSN enrollment) with three years of RN leadership in acute care, California RN license, and current BLS and ACLS.

PALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required or current enrollment in a BSN program with anticipated graduation date.
• Minimum of 3 years RN leadership in an acute care setting.
• California RN license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality patient care per Cottage Health policies.
• Direct and evaluate care delivery to ensure continuity and quality.
• Coordinate staffing and administrative tasks for per diem coverage.
