Keck Hospital of USC is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Administrator for Nursing Administration. The role oversees nursing operations, ensures patient safety and care quality, and acts during shift coverage in collaboration with department leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (Master’s preferred), with 3–5 years nursing experience and 1 year management. BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications are required or pursued within specified timelines. Union per diem position in LA.

Qualifications

• Must be a California-licensed RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) within 6 months of hire.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 3–5 years nursing experience; 1 year management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manages nursing resources to maintain and improve patient recovery aligned with the medical plan.
• Maintains open communication to meet the USC mission and priorities.
• Guide staffing with problem solving and coordinate with leadership.
• Coaches staff to develop clinical, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
