Summit Oaks Hospital in Summit, NJ is seeking an hourly, non-exempt per diem Nursing Supervisor to oversee facility operations during the assigned shift, supervising nursing and clinical staff to ensure that patient care is provided in an accurate, timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities include assisting the staffing coordinator with RN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating issues to the nursing management team and conducting round audits.

Qualificações

• Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year psychiatric nursing experience, or two years medical/surgical with leadership.
• CPR certification required.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
• Minimum requirements are one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
• Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.
• ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.
