Qualifications

• Completed accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Adult Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics or Women’s Health.
• Current Massachusetts NP license, Board Eligible/Board Certified, Current DEA, MCSR and BLS.
• Experience with community health center population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient care to patients including health maintenance and illness management.
• Manages chronic conditions and acute illnesses, providing patient education.
• Documents care in EMR and maintains accurate medical records.
