Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to support individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in residential programs across Wilbraham, Feeding Hills, Easthampton, Springfield and Hadley. Per diem positions offer day and overnight shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a) with a 4:1 client:nurse ratio for personalized care.

You will monitor healthcare services, document nursing interventions, maintain medication orders, train staff in essential care techniques, assist with ADLs,

Qualifications

• Valid MA Nursing License is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to perform job duties and good communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure best care for each individual.
• Document nursing interventions and changes in daily logs and records.
• Maintain medication and treatment orders and monitor for side effects.
• Teach and train staff in personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and devices.
• Assist individuals with ADLs and promote independence.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs.
• Take on additional assignments to provide excellent support.
