Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP licensure.
• National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience managing complex adult or geriatric patients.

Responsibilities
