Job summary

Marylee Marre Functional Medicine (MMFM) in Franklin, TN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver functional and integrative care. The role blends office visits with ~75% virtual care, with a flexible per diem schedule.

Initial visits and follow-ups are structured within a patient-centered program. You will work with a collaborative NP-led team, develop clear care plans, and respond to patient messages within 24 hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP or PA license.
• Current board certification.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Physician collaboration or supervision arrangement, as applicable.
• Malpractice coverage.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and integrative care with office-based and virtual visits (~75% virtual).
• Perform evaluations, exams, review histories, interpret findings, and create care plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
• Respond to patient messages within 24 hours Monday–Friday.
