Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Staff Nurse for 3 East, a 26-bed unit serving adults and geriatrics with CHF, COPD, HTN, and other conditions. The role includes night shifts on-site at 1153 Centre Street, with a per diem schedule and 16 shifts every 6 months, 4 weekend shifts.

The Staff Nurse will plan and provide patient care, demonstrate initiative and clinical skills, and ensure Patient and Family Centered Care within Nursing Standards of

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and to set priorities.
• Adherence to I.C.A.R.E. standards.
