Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, a 496-bed facility in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced RN to provide safe, patient-centered care and clinical leadership in a busy environment with obstetrics, NICU and cardiovascular services.

BSN preferred; Nevada RN license required along with BLS and department-specific certifications. You will mentor staff, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to a culture of service excellence across VHS and UHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Current RN license in Nevada and BLS; PALS or NRP may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Offer clinical leadership and support to the healthcare team; uphold Patient Centered Care principles.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision; demonstrate Service Excellence in daily practice.
