Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by department; DEA license.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong clinical competency and leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical assessment.
• Develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe/order evidence-based pharmacologic therapy.
• Provide patient and family education.
