Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department; includes DEA.
• No prior experience required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and perform physical exams; develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Provide leadership and participate in clinical projects to improve care delivery.
• Interact respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues; ensure timely care.
• Document in medical records to support accurate billing and care delivery.
• Engage in quality improvement and protocol development.
