Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an experienced, per diem certified neonatal nurse practitioner for a brand new 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery at CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont in Belmont, NC. The NNP will participate in daily rounds, attend deliveries when requested, and may transport newborns to higher-level facilities as needed.

The role involves home on-call duties within a small team, with potential PRN shifts at affiliated Level III NICUs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• National nursing certification required.
• North Carolina nursing license required.
• Certified NNP with recent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds on newborns.
• Attend deliveries when requested.
• Take call from home.
• Stabilize, manage and transport newborns to NICUs as needed.
