Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital seeks a Per Diem Occupational Therapist for the Neonatal/Pediatrics unit at the Cornell Campus. You will evaluate and treat newborns in the NICU, develop individualized plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to maximize developmental outcomes and infant well-being.

The role requires specialized NICU training, NBCOT certification, and a BS in Occupational Therapy. On-site presence is required with flexible weekday and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• NBCOT certification preferred or required.
• Experience in NICU settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat newborns in NICU with diverse diagnoses.
• Develop and implement developmental treatment plans for infants <1500g or <32 weeks GA.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to maximize developmental outcomes.
